Born on 13 December 1983 in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
He took part in the first recruitment of astronauts in the United Arab Emirates, which began on 6 December 2017. He was one of nine candidates sent to the final examination at the CPC named after Yu.A. Gagarin.
On 4 September 2018 at the CPC named after. Yu.A. Gagarin began training as a participant in the space flight on the manned transport spacecraft Soyuz MS to the Russian segment of the ISS.
On 25 September 2019 at 16:57:42 Moscow time, Hazza Al Mansouri together with cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka (crew commander) and flight engineer Jessica Meir blasted off from the Baikonur cosmodrome as a participant in the space flight of the crew of the spacecraft Soyuz MS-15 "and a crew member visiting ES-19 of the International Space Station under the Space Expedition Programme, crew call sign - "Sarmat".
One of the first two (along with Sultan Al Neyadi) United Arab Emirates cosmonauts to participate in the cosmonaut training programme and the first UAE national to fly in space.
